Most people people approach the difficulties of life by trying to eliminate suffering, but that’s as difficult as extracting oxygen from a bottle without breaking the bottle. Replacing suffering with happiness, on the other hand, is as easy as pushing the air out of a bottle by filling it with water. This 2-session teleclass will help you become your own happiness. You will identify what happiness means to you, eliminate your barriers to happiness, and internalize happiness so it becomes your way for life. Cost: $200. Being, Doing, Having Some spiritual paths ask, “Are you a human being or a human doing?” Certainly, many people put more emphasis on what they do than on who they are, but everyone becomes as a result of what they do. Your past choices have helped you become the person you are. Having is almost always considered in terms of possessions. If it’s seen as acquiring more material possessions, having is bad; if it’s seen as accepting the abundance (wealth) of the universe, it’s good. It is rarely seen as part of being: having compassion = being compassionate; having wisdom = being wise. Having, Being and Doing are all parts of the whole you. What you have now (whether physically or spiritually) is a result of choices you’ve made. You’ve made every choice based on who you were at the time. Who you were at the time depended upon the skills and insights you possessed at the time. Who you are now informs what you do now and what you do brings you the results you have. To have different results requires you to do something different and that requires you to be different. The shift doesn’t have to be big in order to produce different results. In this 4-session teleclass, you will gain insight into your alignment of being, doing, having. One of the goals of this class is to help you have more enlightenment through doing and being. Cost $350.
